Lean Manufacturing Consortiums

Edmonton region – we are working with a group of manufacturers to identify mutual interests in developing a sustained lean manufacturing and business improvement program.  The group meets to discuss lean manufacturing tools, case studies and implementation processes and learnings. Central Alberta  region- we recently assisted a group of manufacturers (200+) in the central Alberta region to understand their interests, needs and development of a new manufacturing association to deliver new ideas and peer based knowledge.
